随着中国企业“走出去”战略的深入推进，跨境投资、并购和贸易活动日趋频繁，企业在境外经营中面临的法律风险和争议也日益复杂。在此背景下，北外滩国际法律服务港将于2025年5月22日举办“香港月”系列活动的第一场专题论坛，主题为“企业走出去过程中的争议解决”。
As Chinese enterprises continue to expand abroad, cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, and trade activities have become increasingly frequent. Consequently, legal risks and disputes encountered in overseas operations have also grown more complex. Against this backdrop, the North Bund International Legal Service Harbour will host the first session of its "Hong Kong Month" series forum on May 22, 2025, themed "Dispute Resolution in the Process of Corporate Global Expansion."
此次活动由上海市光大律师事务所主办，旨在探讨内地与香港法律协作机制，助力企业有效应对跨境法律挑战。

黄一文 Wenny HUANG
香港一邦国际网上仲调中心副总裁兼秘书长，拥有丰富的国际争议解决经验，曾在国际商会(ICC)、新加坡国际调解中心 (SIMC) 任职，并曾在多家世界500强企业担任法律顾问，熟悉中港法律体系及国际仲裁机制。她也是英国皇家特许仲裁员协会会员。
Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Secretary General of eBRAM. With extensive experience in international dispute resolution, she has worked with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), and several Fortune 500 companies. She is well-versed in Mainland–Hong Kong legal cooperation and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Senior Advisor at Shanghai Everbright Law Firm and a restructuring specialist at its Hong Kong office. He has over 15 years of experience in restructuring, insolvency, and enforcement across Asia and various offshore jurisdictions. He previously led distressed asset management for Credit Suisse in North Asia and held roles at Big Four accounting firms and a leading restructuring advisory firm. He currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Shanghai Chicmax (2145.HK). Mr. Leung is a CPA (non-practising) recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of INSOL International.

He has appeared before the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and top courts of other Commonwealth jurisdictions. He is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Hong Kong Bar Association and has been ranked in Chambers Greater China for dispute resolution. He has delivered keynote speeches at the Lujiazui Law Forum and events hosted by Renmin University of China on Belt and Road dispute resolution.

同济大学法学院经济法教研部主任、副教授，研究方向包括环境法和经济法，具有丰富的学术研究和实践经验。
Associate Professor and Director of the Economic Law Department at Tongji University Law School. His research focuses on environmental law and economic law, with extensive academic and practical experience in regulatory compliance and legal reform.
