Fusheng Li graduated from the Department of Economic Law at East China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree. He has practised law since March 2012 and has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Since 2023, Mr. Li has served as a community legal adviser appointed by the Guangzhong Road Subdistrict Office of the Hongkou District People’s Government. In this capacity, he participates in Shanghai’s coordinated community dispute-resolution mechanism involving local police stations, justice offices and law firms.

Mr. Li also serves as ongoing legal counsel to companies in the investment and financial services, guarantee, real estate, and culture and media sectors. His dispute resolution practice covers corporate disputes, property expropriation and relocation disputes, inheritance disputes, employment disputes, contract disputes, and guarantee and security disputes.
