Since joining Everbright, Lusha Chen has handled nearly 1,000 civil and commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on matrimonial and family disputes and commercial contract disputes. She advises individuals and corporate clients on litigation and dispute resolution.

Ms. Chen also serves as ongoing legal counsel to a number of companies in the real estate, shipping and maritime, and new energy sectors.

She is legal counsel to Guangzhong Road Subdistrict, Hongkou District, and Secretary of the Shanghai Bar Association’s Committee on Participation in Public Affairs. She has appeared as a guest on a special Shanghai Traffic Radio series commemorating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and has served as a lawyer-mediator in the Hongkou District People’s Court’s pre-litigation dispute resolution program. She also regularly provides pro bono legal aid and community legal consultations in Hongkou District.
