A founding partner of the firm, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the Law Department of East China University of Political Science and Law, mainly engaged in the research of new types of crimes in the economic field. Mr. Zhu Xiaodong is good at criminal defense of duty-related crimes and economic crimes. He has accumulated rich defense experience by virtue of long-term research on criminal cases, and is good at choosing a unique defense angle to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of the defendant. He has served as a defender for major duty-related crime cases such as the director of Jiangsu Provincial Prison Bureau, the deputy governor of Bank of China Shanghai Branch, the deputy director of Shanghai Aircraft Factory, and the deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission; and as a defender for financial crime cases for the principal responsible persons of Northern Securities, Aijian Securities, and listed companies such as Shuangqian Tyre. For civil affairs, he is mainly engaged in the research of disputes related to shareholder's rights and interests. He is the deputy director of Company Law Research Office and deputy director of Culture Industry Law Research Center of East China University of Political Science and Law.
