Yifei Pang received a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and a master’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law. She is a member of the Communist Party of China, was named an Outstanding Young Lawyer of Hongkou District at the district’s fourth awards, and serves as vice chair of the Social Public Services Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Ms. Pang brings a diligent, responsive and solutions-oriented approach to her work, with particular emphasis on understanding clients’ priorities and delivering practical legal advice tailored to their needs.

Commercial real estate is a principal focus of Ms. Pang’s practice. Drawing on her understanding of landlords’ commercial objectives, negotiating positions and risk concerns, she advises tenants throughout the life cycle of leasing and related property transactions. Her work includes advising on preliminary discussions; identifying key terms in lease and sale agreements and reviewing transaction documents; participating in negotiations; advising on transaction and cooperation structures; assessing risks; monitoring contractual performance; and handling termination negotiations, litigation and arbitration.
