One of Ms. Pang's professional directions is real estate. Based on the thinking position and mentality of the owners in commercial real estate, she focuses on providing the lessee (the tenant) with legal services in the whole process of renting and selling, including providing advice on the negotiation in the early stage, tips on the key points of the leasing and selling contract, and contract review; participation in negotiation, suggestion of cooperation pattern and risk prompt and control of details in implementation, and participation of dispute settlement in the late phase, such as dissolution negotiation and participation in litigation and arbitration.
