Julie Li holds a master’s degree in law from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and holds the PRC professional title of Level III Lawyer.
Ms. Li focuses her practice on civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has represented corporate and individual clients in numerous civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract and tort disputes. She also has extensive experience advising clients on corporate policies and procedures, employment relations management, commercial contract review and commercial negotiations.
