Atty. Liu is a Supervising Attorney in the Liquidation & Restructuring Team. She graduated from Peking University's School of Transnational Law with both a Juris Master (J.M.) in Chinese Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in American Law. Her practice focuses on Liquidation & Restructuring, Dispute Resolution, and Corporate & Commercial Law.

In her restructuring practice, Atty. Liu has frequently served as an administrator, member of a liquidation group, or counsel to creditors and investors in major bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. Multiple cases she has managed have been recognized with national and provincial awards for their significance and for her outstanding performance as an administrator.

In dispute resolution, she represents a diverse client base—including companies, shareholders, financial institutions, and foreign entities—in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She also has experience representing debtors in derivative lawsuits on behalf of the administrator. Her corporate practice involves advising on governance, negotiations, debt collection, debt restructuring, and distressed asset investments.

Before joining Everbright Law Firm, Atty. Liu was an attorney in the Dispute Resolution Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shanghai).
