Before entering private practice, Grace Li held positions in both the legal and business functions of several foreign-invested direct-selling companies, gaining extensive experience in the food sector. Her in-house responsibilities included reviewing business initiatives and assessing internal policies and procedures for regulatory compliance. She also helped develop internal compliance frameworks to mitigate operational risks.

Since entering private practice, Ms. Li has handled numerous civil and commercial matters. She advises and represents publicly listed companies, prominent foreign-invested enterprises and internet companies in disputes arising from their day-to-day operations, including contractual and other commercial disputes, employment disputes, and matters involving corporate defamation and reputational harm.
