Yan He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a Juris Master (J.M.) degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She holds the PRC professional title of Level III Lawyer and is a member of the Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. She also serves as an adjunct graduate supervisor at Shanghai International Studies University.

Ms. He’s practice covers domestic and cross-border corporate investment and financing, culture and media, intellectual property, and complex legal issues arising from corporate operations. She also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular experience in real estate development and construction contract disputes.

Ms. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border investment and financing activities, including legal risk assessments. She also serves as ongoing legal counsel to a number of major state-owned enterprises, listed companies and emerging technology companies, advising on internal policies and management systems as well as operational compliance.
