Huiping Ma holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Beihang University and a master’s degree in law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Ms. Ma focuses her practice on civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has represented clients in dozens of civil and commercial litigation matters, developing litigation strategies and providing comprehensive dispute resolution services to state-owned enterprises and medium-sized and large private companies. Her approach emphasizes aligning legal outcomes with clients’ commercial objectives.

Ms. Ma also provides companies with legal support throughout their lifecycle. Her work ranges from incorporation documentation and equity structure design at the formation stage to operational risk management, compliance reviews and the development of tailored compliance systems. She has provided customized legal solutions to more than ten companies across advanced manufacturing, media and entertainment, internet technology, food and beverage chains, property services and other industries, helping clients establish robust legal risk-management frameworks.
