Yan Wang graduated from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology with a degree in electronic information engineering. Before entering legal practice, she spent more than five years in business development at a leading automotive logistics company affiliated with SAIC Motor. She subsequently passed the PRC National Judicial Examination and has practised at Everbright Law Firm for more than five years.

Ms. Wang advises listed companies, prominent foreign-invested enterprises and internet companies. She has substantial experience in contract disputes, commercial disputes, labor and employment disputes, and corporate liquidation and restructuring. She has also assisted a number of major companies with risk management and crisis response.
