Richard Cai holds bachelor’s degrees in law and accounting from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Law from the University of Glasgow.
Mr. Cai has experience in cross-border capital markets, distressed asset disposals, construction, and corporate and commercial matters. Working alongside the team’s lead lawyers, he assists with domestic and cross-border insolvency and liquidation matters, civil and commercial litigation, and a broad range of other contentious and non-contentious work.
