Xin Weng holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Southwest Jiaotong University and an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Edinburgh. Before entering legal practice, she served as a lecturer at Zhejiang Police Vocational Academy.
Ms. Weng began practising law in 2019. Her work focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation and the provision of legal services to government and public-sector clients.
