Heng SUN is a researcher at the State-Owned Assets Law Research Center of East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Sun has substantial first-hand industry experience across the land and real estate, new retail, automotive and automotive components sectors. His in-house experience includes roles with a major PRC real estate developer and a leading global automotive components supplier, including responsibility for legal affairs across the Asia-Pacific region. He also brings international experience in cross-border insolvency and liquidation, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and investment funds.
