Xinhui Guo has more than 25 years of legal experience. Before joining Everbright Law Firm, he spent over a decade serving as Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Legal Department of a centrally administered state-owned enterprise.

During his tenure with the state-owned enterprise, Mr. Guo oversaw the day-to-day operations of its subsidiaries and coordinated legal affairs across the group. This experience equipped him with a strong combination of legal, operational and management capabilities.

Since joining Yi LIU’s team at Everbright Law Firm, Mr. Guo has focused on corporate risk management, restructuring and insolvency matters, related practice and research, and the team’s day-to-day management. He has also contributed to improving team operations, coordinating insolvency-related resources and applying his corporate management experience to the team’s work.
