Jenny Lee holds a master’s degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She previously worked at a boutique employment law firm and a prominent full-service law firm and has extensive experience in labor and employment law and commercial matters.

Ms. Lee advises on the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment through termination. Her work covers workplace policies and internal rules, employment models, discrimination and harassment, employee personal information and privacy protection, recruitment and termination, post-employment restrictive covenants, and the drafting of related documentation. She also conducts employment due diligence and compliance audits and advises on workforce reductions, employee transfers and placement arrangements arising from mergers and acquisitions, asset transfers, relocations, dissolutions and other business changes.

Ms. Lee represents clients in labor arbitration and litigation, as well as related proceedings involving overlapping areas of law, including administrative reconsideration proceedings. She also has experience in commercial contract review, construction disputes, and related litigation and arbitration.

She provides comprehensive and strategic advice to multinational and Chinese clients in the manufacturing, technology, life sciences and retail sectors. Her work includes issuing legal opinions and formal legal correspondence; advising on reputation-rights disputes, equity transfers, corporate registration changes and corporate compliance; and drafting and revising a broad range of contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
