Chongchen Qi graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and holds a PRC fund practitioner qualification.

Mr. Qi focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution and criminal defense. He is familiar with PRC company law and advertising laws and regulations, and has substantial experience advising on legal issues arising from corporate operations. He has particular experience handling anti-unfair competition matters in the healthcare and fast-moving consumer goods sectors and has successfully handled numerous related cases.

Mr. Qi is also actively involved in public-interest legal services. Through several public legal service platforms, he provides pro bono legal consultations in support of the Hongkou District People’s Court, local subdistrict offices and members of the community.
