Qingfeng Bu holds a master’s degree from China University of Political Science and Law and is a member of the Modern Logistics Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Bu served as head of legal at a major logistics company, a leading warehousing company and an investment fund firm. This in-house background gives her substantial practical experience and industry insight in the logistics and warehousing sectors.

Since entering legal practice, Ms. Bu has handled numerous civil and commercial matters. She has advised a number of companies on equity incentive projects, including the design of incentive plans and drafting of related documentation. She has also conducted legal due diligence and drafted transaction documents for a range of investment and financing matters.

Ms. Bu serves as outside general counsel to a number of small and medium-sized enterprises. She reviews business initiatives, internal policies and potential misconduct arising in day-to-day operations, and provides practical legal advice and recommendations. She also works closely with clients on business-process design and the integration of risk controls, providing legal support throughout the corporate lifecycle, from establishment to ongoing operations.
