Ani Huang holds the PRC professional title of Level III Lawyer. Her practice focuses on corporate governance, compliance and risk management. She advises on company formation, changes to corporate registration, mergers and liquidations, as well as the design of internal governance and management systems and tax planning.

Ms. Huang serves as ongoing or project-specific legal counsel to companies across a range of sectors, including advertising agencies and multi-channel network (MCN) companies serving consumer and retail brands, real estate-focused advertising agencies, cosmetics companies, professional design institutes, and chain education and training providers. She advises clients on business decision-making, compliance management, corporate governance and shareholding structures, equity incentive arrangements, internal policies, employment and human resources management, and intellectual property protection.

Ms. Huang has handled hundreds of contentious matters, including employment disputes, shareholder conflicts, equity disputes, disputes over shareholder status and general commercial disputes.
