Chixian Zeng graduated from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University and serves as an arbitrator with the Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Before entering legal practice, he worked at an engineering design institute, a construction company and a real estate developer, holding positions including architectural designer, project manager and general manager.

Since commencing legal practice in 2005, Mr. Zeng has focused on construction and real estate matters. Drawing on his extensive hands-on experience in property development and construction, he combines industry knowledge with legal expertise and practical judgment to provide clients with workable, commercially grounded solutions.
