Yuchen Guo graduated from Zhengzhou University Law School with an LL.B. in 2011 and joined the court system the following year, serving successively as a court clerk, judicial assistant and assistant judge. During this period, he worked on numerous civil and commercial cases and enforcement matters, gaining extensive experience in civil adjudication and enforcement.

After leaving public service in 2017, Mr. Guo joined Henan Mission Law Firm as a trainee lawyer and subsequently practised there. He joined Shanghai Everbright (Zhengzhou) Law Firm in 2024. The practice focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, legal advisory services for public institutions and corporate clients, investment and financing matters, and real estate and construction.
