Doctor of Law of Shanghai Maritime University, lecturer of Law School of Shanghai Maritime University, associate research fellow of Maritime Law Research Center of Shanghai Maritime University, and member of Shanghai Law Society. Mr. Peng Yu is engaged in maritime commerce education and research in the Law School of Shanghai Maritime University and serves as tutor for postgraduate students. His research interests include maritime law, law of carriage of goods by sea, seafarer development and protection of their rights and interests. He has published 8 papers on CSSCI and so on, with 1 program at the provincial and ministry level, and has completed 7 longitudinal programs entrusted by the Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Transport. He has made in-depth research on bill of lading and charter party, cargo damage claim, shipping policy, etc., and has the ability and experience to handle various complex maritime litigation and non-litigation cases.
