Mr. Gao is a member of the 15th Hongkou District Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and a member of the 15th Hongkou District Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK).
He graduated from the Department of International Economic Law at East China University of Political Science and Law and from Fudan University Law School. He has spent his legal career at Everbright Law Firm, focusing principally on advising foreign-invested enterprises. His practice covers commercial negotiations, dispute management and dispute resolution. He has been recognized as an Outstanding Individual in the Judicial Administration of Hongkou District.
Mr. Gao has handled a substantial number of litigation and arbitration matters and has extensive experience and strong communication skills. He advises clients primarily on trade and commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration; the development of dispute resolution strategies and the drafting of related legal documents; business negotiations and transaction structuring; and day-to-day corporate and operational matters.
