Jinbo Shi holds a master’s degree in law from Henan University of Technology.

He focuses on contract and intellectual property disputes, corporate matters, court-supervised reorganisations and liquidations, and general corporate advisory work.

His representative experience includes advising on a reform and turnaround programme for Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd.; an asset acquisition by Henan Railway Construction and Investment Group Co., Ltd.; the bankruptcy liquidation of Yellow River Audio-Visual Publishing House Co., Ltd.; and legal due diligence for Henan Xinweilai Real Estate Co., Ltd.
