Yelinda Xue received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Jiangsu Normal University in 2010 and a master’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2013. She passed China’s National Judicial Examination in 2012 and has practised law since 2014.

Ms. Xue maintains a broad civil and commercial practice. Her contentious work focuses primarily on commercial contract and maritime disputes; matrimonial, inheritance and real estate disputes; and private lending and personal injury claims. Her non-contentious practice includes legal witnessing services and trademark matters. She also serves as ongoing legal counsel to a number of corporate clients.

Ms. Xue regularly participates in pro bono legal consultation initiatives and has appeared as a guest on Shanghai Traffic Radio (FM 105.7). Combining sound legal analysis with practical judgment and composure under pressure, she seeks to provide effective, tailored solutions that protect her clients’ interests.
