Erkang Li holds a bachelor’s degree in Italian and a master’s degree in law from Shanghai International Studies University. Since entering legal practice, he has worked on a number of major and complex commercial contract disputes, shareholder and equity disputes, and matters involving overlapping civil and criminal issues, achieving favorable outcomes. In dispute resolution, Mr. Li is adept at identifying the central issues in a case quickly and accurately and deploying a range of dispute resolution strategies to develop practical solutions that effectively protect clients’ interests.

Mr. Li also provides longstanding non-contentious advice to prominent corporate clients on corporate governance and compliance, equity structuring, due diligence and related matters.
