Yuwen Lu focuses her practice on dispute resolution. She has substantial experience in disputes involving corporate finance, real estate and construction, manufacturing and other industrial sectors, as well as matrimonial, family and succession matters. Ms. Lu regularly handles high-stakes and complex civil and commercial cases, bringing sharp legal judgment and a nuanced understanding of the issues underlying each matter.

Ms. Lu serves as ongoing legal counsel to numerous leading multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and privately owned businesses across the real estate, energy, chemicals, financial leasing, investment, technology and manufacturing sectors. She advises on day-to-day operations and corporate governance. By developing a detailed understanding of each client’s business model and industry, she is able to identify the legal issues most relevant to its operations and deliver advice that is practical, efficient and adaptable.

She also serves as ongoing legal counsel to a number of government authorities and public institutions and is a member of the Government Legal Counsel Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
