Shuyuan Shi is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He previously worked in the legal department of a prominent Chinese real estate group, gaining valuable in-house legal experience.

Mr. Shi focuses his practice on advising listed companies and handling matters involving construction and engineering, mergers and acquisitions, environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon emissions reduction. He currently serves as legal counsel to several listed companies and has extensive experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy.

In 2018, a case he handled was among the eight cases ordered for retrial that year by the Fourth Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court. In 2021, he was appointed a mentor to undergraduate law students at Henan Agricultural University. In 2022, he obtained a Level I certificate in carbon emissions trading issued by the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange. The following year, Mr. Shi was selected for the expert panel of the Zhengzhou Civil Engineering Association in the area of construction contract disputes and elected a council member of the Civil Law Research Association of the Henan Law Society.
