Zhang Yue, CPC member, born in Shanghai in September 1980, a practicing lawyer of Shanghai Everbright Law Firm. Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, with a bachelor degree in Economic Law and a master degree in Criminal Law. Meanwhile, he minored in finance at East China Normal University and obtained a junior college diploma. He worked as the assistant judge of Minhang District Court, the judge/chief judge of criminal court, the secretary section chief, the Party building section chief, lawyer of legal system office of Minhang District Government, and the deputy director (division level) of Office of CPC Minhang District Committee. He served as public affairs director and administrative director in a well-known real estate group, and as CEO of an Internet e-commerce company listed on NEEQ. As a key research subject of Shanghai Higher Court, his article Crime Analysis and Prevention of Non-Native Population from 1997 to 2007 was published on People's Court Daily. His article Discussion on the Legal Liability after the Revoking of the Unit Illegally Absorbing Public Deposits was published in Minhang Trial and Chinese Journal of Law. And his article Can A Traffic Defendant Who is Understood by the Victim But Fails to Perform the Compensation Obligation be Taken as A Circumstance of Lenient Punishment was collected in the case library of the Higher Court.
