Claire Zhang has decades of experience spanning private practice, in-house legal management and the investment sector. She has worked at law firms and large and mid-sized state-owned investment companies, handling corporate investment and financing, risk management and compliance, and wealth management matters. During her in-house career, she served as legal director of a major investment group and as general manager of the risk management department at a state-owned investment company.

Ms. Zhang has also served as legal adviser to several universities, banks, insurers and other financial and wealth management institutions. This breadth of experience enables her to combine legal analysis with a practical understanding of business operations and risk management.
