Alan Gui graduated from the School of Intellectual Property at Shanghai University. He primarily advises foreign-invested enterprises and large Chinese companies. His practice spans dispute resolution, corporate compliance, intellectual property, employment and human resources, finance and tax, as well as regulatory matters involving market regulation, customs and other government authorities.
Mr. Gui previously worked in the legal and compliance department of a Fortune 500 company, giving him valuable in-house insight into legal issues arising from corporate operations and management. He also has extensive experience communicating and negotiating with government and regulatory authorities.
