Mao Zhijun, male, born in December 1978, CPC member, LLM, university lecturer, part-time lawyer, with experience of more than 10 years. He has taught in East China University of Political Science and Law for more than ten years and served as the secretary general of Commercial Law Research Center of East China University of Political Science and Law. Later, he went to Shanghai Conservatory of Music for teaching and research of art related law. The main courses lectured include Science of Contract Law and Introduction to Art Law. Also served as a lecturer on Civil Procedure Law at a known training institution for judicial examination. He has made special lectures for Shanghai Vanke, West Shanghai Group, Shanghai Tongce, Shanghai Electric Group, Huayi Group and other companies on “Corporate legal risk prevention”, “Legal determination of commercial bribery” and other topics. He has also delivered reports in government departments such as the culture and tourism, and market supervision system of Shanghai. He has published a number of papers on Shanghai Securities News, Oriental Law, Legal Education and Talent Training, etc.; hosted or participated in the completion of scientific research programs such as “Pre-control of Legal Risks in Housing Sales”, “Risk Governance by Enterprise Legal Person” and “Empirical Research on Energy Conservation Legislation in Shanghai”. He focuses on the research and practice of commercial law, copyright law and economic criminal law, especially has unique insights and rich experience in “enterprise legal risk prevention”, stresses on enterprise risk diagnosis and avoidance, and is good at dealing with enterprise internal differences, contract disputes, family conflicts and defending defendants in economic crimes. He provided professional legal service for stopping paid services in the army, and handled a number of such cases for the armed forces in Shanghai and Nanjing.
