Ying Xu holds a master’s degree in law from Jilin University. She is a member of the All China Lawyers Association, the Shanghai Law Society and the World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations (World-OKTA). She is the author of Life and Law and contributed to the Korean-language translations of the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Xu worked for several years with foreign institutions and multinational corporations, gaining a detailed understanding of their operational structures, compliance management and business requirements. She has particular practical experience in foreign investment, logistics and finance leasing.

Ms. Xu provides comprehensive legal support to both foreign-invested and domestic enterprises, covering business establishment, day-to-day legal matters, internal policy and compliance framework development, risk management, outbound investment and dispute resolution. She has also successfully handled commercial disputes across a broad range of industries. She approaches each engagement with rigor, diligence and a strong sense of responsibility.
