Yaoxue Lin holds a master’s degree in law from Tongji University. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution and corporate and commercial matters.

Drawing on more than a decade of judicial experience, Ms. Lin has an in-depth understanding of civil and commercial litigation procedures. She handles matrimonial and family, contract and tort disputes and has experience across the full lifecycle of a case, from case-filing review and asset preservation through trial. She is also familiar with procedures in cross-border matters and judicial assistance in the service of process involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Ms. Lin serves as outside general counsel to companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and new energy sectors. She advises on legal risks associated with business models, the drafting and review of material contracts, major commercial negotiations, employment and HR matters, and employee equity incentive plans. She takes a proactive approach to identifying legal issues and regularly provides clients with tailored legal training. By combining rigorous legal analysis with commercial judgment, she delivers practical advice aligned with clients’ business objectives.
