Ria Ma holds dual degrees in law and sociology from East China University of Political Science and Law. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution.

In civil matters, Ms. Ma advises and represents clients in family property division, matrimonial and family disputes, tort liability, inheritance disputes, private lending and labor disputes.

In commercial matters, she primarily advises large Chinese enterprises and multinational companies. Ms. Ma has represented clients in responding to investigations and enforcement actions by market regulation and quality supervision authorities, helping resolve a range of related disputes. She also provides legal support on corporate compliance, employment and human resources, finance and tax, corporate registration and market regulation matters.
