Shasha Cai holds a master’s degree in law from Tongji University. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution in the real estate and construction sectors.

Ms. Cai has provided long-term legal services to Shanghai municipal authorities responsible for real estate and construction administration, as well as several prominent Shanghai-based state-owned enterprises and listed companies.

She has handled more than 200 real estate-related administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation matters for government clients. She has extensive experience in specialized areas including housing expropriation and demolition, real estate valuation, and building quality inspection and appraisal. Ms. Cai also handles a broad range of other litigation matters and has experience providing ongoing corporate legal advisory services and conducting legal due diligence.
