Hua Liu completed postgraduate studies at East China University of Political Science and Law and is a member of the Communist Party of China. His practice focuses on legal matters involving government authorities and public institutions, education law, and civil and commercial dispute resolution.
Mr. Liu serves on the 10th Committee of the Hongkou District Youth Federation and the Education Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. He is also a council member of the Law School Alumni Association of East China University of Political Science and Law and serves on the supervisory board of the Shanghai Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates (EFG).
