Yijun Yang holds a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law. Before entering legal practice, he worked in the public security sector for many years.

Mr. Yang focuses on corporate equity transfers, corporate governance, real estate and criminal matters. He serves as legal counsel to a number of Sino-foreign joint ventures, foreign-invested enterprises and construction companies. His work includes drafting, revising and reviewing contracts; advising on external business activities and internal management; conducting legal analysis in support of major corporate decisions; participating in commercial negotiations; providing lawyer witnessing services; conducting creditworthiness investigations; and handling contractual and other commercial disputes.
