Lijun Wang holds a bachelor’s degree and has worked in legal services since 2018. Her representative experience includes a debt recovery and claims assignment project for a trading group, legal due diligence for a state-owned enterprise, and disposal projects involving several companies affiliated with a construction group. She has also worked on a matter involving Henan Coalbed Methane Development and Utilization Co., Ltd. that transitioned from court-supervised reorganisation to composition proceedings, as well as the bankruptcy liquidations of Henan Commerce & Trade (Group) Co., Ltd., Henan International Economic Trading Corporation and other companies.

Ms. Wang focuses on commercial litigation, corporate governance, M&A and corporate restructuring, distressed-debt resolution, court-supervised reorganisations and insolvency liquidations, and general corporate advisory work.
