Shanghai Hongqiao Office
Everbright’s Shanghai Hongqiao Office was formally established in 2026 with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and is located in the Hongqiao International Central Legal Services District. Operating in close integration with the firm’s Shanghai headquarters, the office strengthens Everbright’s service coverage in Shanghai and provides a platform for serving clients across the Yangtze River Delta.
Led by experienced practitioners, the office advises on Corporate and Commercial matters, Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency, Criminal Defence and Anti-Fraud Investigations, and Family Law and Wealth Succession. It also supports businesses in compliance management, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, cross-regional transactions and risk management.
Leveraging its location within the Hongqiao International Open Hub, the office works closely with Everbright’s Shanghai headquarters, Hong Kong Office and other professional resources in China and abroad to deliver efficient, practical and actionable legal solutions for cross-regional, multidisciplinary and cross-border matters.
