Her dispute resolution practice covers matrimonial and family property matters, including divorce, post-divorce property and relocation-related disputes; contract disputes involving sales, leases and construction projects; personal injury, private lending and traffic accident claims; and employment disputes. She also advises on non-contentious matters, including contract review, compliance assessments, equity structuring and mergers and acquisitions, and serves as ongoing legal counsel to a number of companies.
