Ling Cai is a full-time practicing lawyer and a member of the Communist Party of China. Before entering legal practice, she worked in the arts and entertainment sector. Drawing on this experience, she combines legal expertise with a practical understanding of business and industry to develop workable solutions for clients.

Since entering practice, Ms. Cai has worked on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. She has developed extensive experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution, including contract disputes, matrimonial and family matters, employment disputes, intellectual property disputes, and personal injury and other tort claims. Her practice also includes criminal defense and day-to-day corporate advisory work.
