With over 25 years of legal practice, Atty. Guo previously served for more than a decade as Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Legal Department at a central state-owned enterprise (SOE).

During his tenure at the SOE, he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of subsidiary companies and managing legal affairs across the entire group, demonstrating exceptional organizational and managerial capabilities.

In recent years, he joined the legal team of Atty. Yi LIU at Everbright Law Firm, focusing on corporate risk management, liquidation, and restructuring, as well as team management. Atty. Guo has actively contributed to optimizing team operations, integrating resources in the bankruptcy field, and leveraging their expertise, achieving remarkable results.
