Mr. Tao has defended clients in economic crime cases involving misappropriation of company property, illegal business operations, illegal acceptance of public deposits, insurance fraud and the false issuance of special VAT invoices, achieving favorable outcomes.
He has also assisted listed companies and internet and e-commerce businesses in filing criminal complaints against shareholders, directors and employees suspected of abusing their positions to harm corporate interests, helping the affected companies recover financial losses.

Corporate Governance and Employment Disputes
Mr. Tao serves as outside general counsel to a machinery manufacturer and a property management company. He also acts as lead counsel for a bank’s credit card center in employment disputes. His experience covers corporate governance, risk management, internal controls and compliance, and employment disputes.

Family Matters and Community Legal Services
Mr. Tao serves as a duty lawyer at the Nanjing East Road Justice Office and the Changbai Xincun Justice Office, and as legal counsel to the Youyi and Lingxin Residents’ Committees of Guangzhong Road Subdistrict.
