Jiecheng Shao is a lead lawyer in Everbright’s Restructuring and Insolvency Team and heads the team’s cross-border practice. He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Bristol.
Mr. Shao has experience in private investment funds, non-performing asset disposals, and corporate and commercial matters. His practice covers domestic and cross-border insolvency and liquidation matters, civil and commercial litigation, and related contentious and non-contentious work. He works closely with other members of the team to deliver coordinated and reliable support across complex mandates.
