Xinru Xia has practiced law since 2013 and joined the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK) in 2014. She currently serves as a member of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the RCCK Shanghai Municipal Committee. Within the RCCK Hongkou District Committee, she is deputy chair of the Fourth Branch and a member of both the Political Participation Committee and the Social and Rule of Law Committee.

In 2020, Ms. Xia was named one of Hongkou District’s Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers at the fourth edition of the awards, attained an intermediate professional rank, and became a partner of the firm.

Since beginning her practice, Ms. Xia has acted as lead counsel in more than 600 matters involving medical disputes, intellectual property, labor and employment, corporate law and related areas. She has also served as ongoing legal counsel to more than 20 industry-leading companies. Her clients have long included Fortune Global 500 healthcare companies and prominent FMCG and retail businesses. With a detailed understanding of companies’ day-to-day operational needs, she provides practical, business-focused advice and is particularly experienced in corporate crisis and incident response.
