Attorney Anqing Cheng holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Shanghai University, a Juris Master (J.M.) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Shanghai Training Center for Small and Medium-sized Banks and holds a Securities Practitioner Qualification.

Currently, Mr. Cheng is a member of the Modern Logistics Study Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and serves as an adjunct Master's supervisor at Shanghai International Studies University.

With a broad and diverse legal practice, Mr. Cheng has successfully handled a substantial volume of both litigation and non-litigation matters, and he acts as standing legal counsel for several large-scale enterprises.

A frequent guest on Shanghai Radio programs, Mr. Cheng was honored with the title of "Outstanding Civil Litigation Attorney of the Year" by the Bureau of Justice. He specializes in corporate disputes, maritime, air, and land transportation conflicts, as well as real estate litigation and non-litigation matters. Furthermore, Mr. Cheng has cultivated deep expertise in the criminal law sector over many years, with particular proficiency in navigating highly complex cases involving the intersection of criminal and civil law.
