Master degree in economic law of East China University of Political Science and Law（ECUPL）, practice for more than 13 years, holds the practice qualifications of securities, futures and fund industry, the license of public relations consultant, and serve as the independent director of CHICMAX (stock code: 02145.HK), listed on the HKEX. An arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, a member of the Financial Instrument Business Specialized Committee of Shanghai Lawyers Association, a research fellow of the Land and Housing Policy Law Institute of ECUPL, and a research fellow of the Research Center of State-Owned Property Law. A charter member of Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators, and a member of INSOL International. Participated in the translation of Property Management Laws of Contemporary Countries (Social Sciences Academic Press, 2014), and published his own monograph Research on Protection of Shareholder Rights (Peking University Press, 2016) in 2016.

- A series of dispute cases of e-commerce platform of a US stock listed company (the first case in China to compensate at ten time for selling fake product, one of the typical Internet judicial cases of China published the first time by the Supreme People’s Court in 2019);
- Case of company resolution dispute (validity review of a Board of Shareholders resolution for oriented capital reduction, one of the excellent case examples of the national court system in 2019).
