Shanghai Everbright (Zhengzhou) Law Firm was established in July 2024 as part of Everbright’s expansion of its service coverage in Central China and its efforts to strengthen cross-office collaboration. Operating under Everbright’s integrated firmwide model, the Zhengzhou Office draws on the expertise and collaborative resources of the Shanghai headquarters and other offices to deliver locally informed, multidisciplinary legal services to clients in Henan and across Central China.

Its lawyers have experience in bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations, debt workouts, complex commercial disputes, construction matters, general corporate advisory, and investment and financing transactions. In 2025, the office was admitted to the Henan Province Roster of Enterprise Bankruptcy Administrators as a Tier II Enterprise Bankruptcy Administrator in Zhengzhou.

Leveraging Zhengzhou’s position as a national transport and commercial hub, the office serves clients throughout Henan and Central China. As matters require, it works with Everbright’s Shanghai and Hong Kong offices, other offices in China and overseas, and external professional advisors to support clients in cross-regional investments and operations, dispute resolution, distressed situations and overseas expansion, delivering clear, practical and actionable solutions.
