Ying Shuai holds an LL.B. and is a member of the Communist Party of China. She serves on the Labor and Social Security Law Committee of the Taizhou Lawyers Association and as a hearing officer with the People’s Procuratorate of Taizhou Medical High-tech Industrial Development Zone. In 2021, she was named an Outstanding Village (Community) Legal Adviser of Taizhou.

Ms. Shuai focuses her practice on labor and employment disputes, including matters involving employment contracts, work-related injuries, wage claims and non-compete obligations. She also advises on corporate legal matters, including corporate compliance, contract review and intellectual property protection, and handles tort claims, matrimonial and inheritance matters, and contract disputes.
